It is worth to highlight that the preparation of this document, as well as the policy, objectives, and programs to improved, are carried out based on a total awareness of the general direction of Operadora de Turismo Holiday Experiences S.A.S and its work team. That is why our policy or main axis of tourism sustainability is focused on subjects such as: resource optimization (Environmental matter), quality of employment and professional development (Economic matter), education and awareness of national cultural roots and resources (Sociocultural matter).
Therefore, and complying with the implementation of technical standards for tourism sustainability, we wish to share our policy, programs, and responsible behavior with sustainable development in environmental, sociocultural, and economic aspects, responsibility, which we have been implementing and wanted to be well known, given its importance, within the operation of our company, and Colombia tourism management.

The following programs seek sustainable growth that contributes in a constructive and responsible way to the different subjects of sustainability which are considered essential for the conservation and development of a better tomorrow
•Material information that stimulates and conscientizes about our natural heritage`s use, in destinations that apply and are offered by the company.
•Verification and measurement of water quantities used. This process will be carried out every two months, in which it is expected to minimize its use, to generate responsible use of this natural resource.
•Verification and measurement of energy quantities used. This process will be carried out every three months, in which it is expected to minimize its use, and be responsible with this resource.
•Verification of plastic elements used by the company`s operation. The company will try to implement a gradual replacement of these elements
to the extent the market permits. This, with the aim of directing the acquisition of elements friendly with the planet.
•A study of printed material, type and quantities used by the company will be carry out. This, will favor a gradual change in the extent the market allows as far as, quantities and type of paper used for company’s advertising material.
•The company will continue with the current policy of informing, expressing, and advising through all its canals, the legislature that punishes the sexual commerce and exploitation of minors under any type of modality, typology, or form.
•In accordance with the destinations offered by the company, a procedure that stimulates and encourages the valuation of our cultural heritage will be set and share with all our clients and suppliers. This, to stimulate and promote the fact of visiting different spaces / territories / regions, listed as Colombians cultural heritage.
•The human resources area understands that one of the pillars of economic sustainability programs is to support and involve our local communities, so, any selection process that comes available will prefer local candidates,
